Refund policy

We offer a 90-day return policy for your first order, allowing you to try FestiFuel with confidence. You have 90 days from the date of receiving your order to request a refund. This policy applies only to your first order.

To request a refund, please send an email to hello@plurahlabs.com. In this e-mail you must include your name and order number. We will then let you know how to return your product to us in order to get your refund. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of the return.

You must return the product to us in order to get a refund. The refund will be processed within 2 weeks after receipt of the returned product. Please note that the shipping costs cannot be refunded to you.
