Shipping Method

We ship all orders using USPS. This allows us to deliver your products reliably and efficiently to your doorstep.

Processing Time

We process all orders in house! :) Currently, pre-orders are expected to ship at the beginning of June. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or inclement weather.

  • Free shipping available on all US orders of $50 or more.

  • Real-time shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Shipping Destinations

Currently we only ship within the US. Standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

Update Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. If you need to make a change, please contact us at hello@plurahlabs.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the order before it is processed. Once an order is processed, we are not able to modify the shipping address. PLURAH Labs is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact Us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.
